Originally founded in 1857, ACNB Bank serves its marketplace with banking and wealth management services, including trust and retail brokerage, via a network of 26 community banking offices and three loan offices located in Pennsylvania and Maryland. ACNB Insurance Services is a full-service agency with licenses in 46 states across the country.

THE 2023 ANNUAL REVIEWIn 2023, our nation witnessed a year marked by significant challenges and notable opportunities within the financial services industry. Early in the year, several larger banks failed, and while these banks operate vastly different from the ACNB Corporation business model, these events undoubtedly caused reverberations throughout the banking industry. Collectively, the financial sector contended with navigating an uncertain interest rate climate, following the fastest interest rate increases since the 1980s. Yet, just as the roots of the mighty oak tree enable it to withstand and continue to grow through storms and droughts, ACNB Corporation's deeply rooted foundations empowered them to not just endure, but thrive throughout 2023. The corporation's unwavering commitment to its values, its people, and its local communities underscored their resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. The remarkable financial performance achieved in 2023 stands as a testament to their enduring foundation, which continues to uphold and propel its success. Lisa Sirbaugh is one of the most talented graphic designers I have had the pleasure to work with in my 20+ year career in the financial services industry. Her creativity and ability to translate strategy and key messages into a visually appealing finished product is an innate talent that shines through from start to finish. She is adept at listening carefully to a client’s needs and expressing various options to convey a dynamic theme and presentation. She has a strong working knowledge of print processes and production, which is helpful in evaluating printing techniques and technology. Working directly with Lisa on the concept, design, and pre-press production for a corporate annual review was a delight. Lisa takes great pride in her work and provides excellent customer service.
