THE STORYJR Capital Build is a luxury design build firm based out of historic downtown Frederick, Maryland. Their focus is on developing one-of-a-kind architectural interiors, offering consulting and turn-key services from initial design concept through construction completion. Jessica R. Underwood, JR Capital Build's principal, applies her contemporary, high-design aesthetic to extraordinary concepts, materials, and finishes that are both locally and internationally sourced. When it came time to rebrand, JR Capital Build turned to Lisa Sirbaugh Creative to develop an elevated brand identity that would truly represent their unique firm and the innovative work that they do.
THE SOLUTIONMuch like the designs and builds that they've become known for, JR Capital Build's identity suite is refined, luxurious, and modern. After concepting closely with the client, I designed a beautifully interlaced monogram of the company's initials for the brandmark. By combining these letterforms it allowed the versatility of use for both JR Capital Build and its sister company, JR Capital Real Estate. The brandmark proudly represents the collaborative discipline and intricate, thoughtful details that go into each of the firm's projects. The elegance of the monogram was meticulously carried through to the customized logotype to be the perfect companion.
